1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time: 10–15 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to customs processing or high-volume periods, but we always work to deliver your order as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global carriers such as DHL, DPD, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
