Return and refund policy

At CAPER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day free return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returned items must include all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
2. Free Returns
We cover the return shipping cost for orders eligible under our 14-day policy. You will receive a prepaid return label upon request via email.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or custom-made items

Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
